What I built

The companion app to the Silicon Valley Moving site. Customers describe their move, get an estimate, book a slot, and follow the job from their phone. I designed the flows and built the app around a single idea: a move is stressful enough, so every screen should answer one question and get out of the way. Same-day availability surfaces on the home screen, and the inbox keeps the whole conversation in one thread.
