What we built
Joey's Toy Drive is a volunteer-run San Jose nonprofit founded in 2012. JC Media built the whole system it runs on: a public site for donating, hosting a drive, volunteering, and requesting a pickup, with drop-off locations on a live map and a partner portal. Behind it is an operations platform with sections for inbox, logistics, bins, routes, sites, partners, requests, volunteers, calendar, and team, plus Gmail, contacts, and calendar sync and scheduled jobs for reminders. The public site, the operations console, and the volunteer iOS app all read one shared database with role-based access.
