The first showing happens on a phone, and buyers scroll fast. Clean, honest frames — plus the aerial angle that shows the lot and the neighborhood — turn that scroll into a showing.

San José & the Bay Area · Insured operator

Aerial view over a coastal Bay Area neighborhood, streets of homes running down to the ocean.

Coastal neighborhood, from above

A drone frame answers the question a buyer is asking: what am I actually getting? The lot, the yard, the street, the way a property sits in its setting.

Questions, answered straight

Do you work with agents or with sellers directly?

Both. For agents, that usually means a repeatable look across your listings; for a seller listing on their own, it's one property done right. Either way you deal with one studio, and the same studio can build the listing page or agent site the photos live on.

Do you shoot aerial and drone?

Yes. Alongside ground-level property photography, JC Media shoots drone stills and video — the overhead angle that gives a listing its lot, its yard, and its neighborhood context. It's most worth it for properties with land, standout outdoor space, or a location that's part of the pitch.

How do I book, and how fast can you shoot?

Pick a time on the calendar on this page and you'll get a confirmation and a calendar invite. The calendar shows real availability, so what you see is what's open. If nothing there works for your timeline, email joey@joeychildsmedia.com and I'll find a slot that does.

What does it cost?

Listing photography is priced by package — photos, then aerial, video, and twilight as add-ons. Email joey@joeychildsmedia.com for the current price sheet, or book a shoot and I'll confirm the package and price before anything is charged.

Can you also build the listing page or my agent site?

Yes. JC Media builds property pages and agent sites as well as shooting them, so the photos are composed for the layout they'll sit in. Fast, mobile-first, with your branding and a way for buyers to reach you.
