Requirements & compatibility
- Runs on iPhone and iPad on a recent version of iOS or iPadOS.
- LiDAR room scanning and camera capture require a device with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone Pro or iPad Pro).
- All other features — manual entry, the item catalog, voice dictation, signatures, and PDF export — work on any supported device.
- Works offline; an internet connection is used to sync your jobs and back up your data.

What devices does Interstate Inventory support?
iPhone and iPad. LiDAR room scanning and camera capture require a device with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone Pro or iPad Pro). All other features work on any supported device.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. The app works offline and syncs your data securely when you are back online.
Can I turn off the AI features?
Yes. Cloud AI analysis is a setting you control and can be turned off in Settings at any time. On-device suggestions are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to us or any third party. Every suggestion is reviewed and confirmed by your crew before it is saved.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email joey@joeychildsmedia.com and we will delete your account and its associated data within a reasonable period.
How is my data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit, each company's data is kept separate, and we do not sell data or use third-party analytics or advertising tools. See the Interstate Inventory privacy policy for full detail.
