The signed-in area for Joey Childs Media clients: your site's traffic and search performance, the work in progress, your files, and your invoices, in one place.
The JC Media Portal is the client side of Joey Childs Media, the studio Joey Childs runs in San Jose building websites and apps, running local SEO, and shooting photography. It is not a product you can buy on its own and there is no public sign-up — accounts are created for clients when a project starts.
Its job is to answer “how is my site actually doing, and what is happening with my project” without a meeting.
Your numbers, already assembled
Traffic from Google Analytics, queries and rankings from Search Console, and local performance from your Google Business Profile — pulled into one dashboard so you are not logging into three tools to find out how the month went.
Review work in progress
Leave feedback on a build or a revision against the page it belongs to, and watch each note move from open to resolved. No screenshots pasted into email threads.
Files both directions
Send me logos, copy, and photos, and collect finished deliverables back. Everything sits in private storage, not in an attachment you have to go hunting for.
Invoices and plan
What is due, what is paid, and what your monthly plan covers. Card details are never entered here — payment happens outside the portal.
Connecting your Google account
The reporting is your own data, so the portal has to read it from your Google account. When you approve the connection, it asks for read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console, and access to your Google Business Profile so local results appear alongside the rest and so I can make a change there when you have asked for one.
That access is used to build your dashboard and nothing else. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never visible to another client. You can revoke it from your Google account at any time, and the whole arrangement is written out in the privacy policy.
